Use the above chart to walk through the account activation process. The first three steps are your responsibility and should be done quickly after your purchase to avoid delays. The last three steps are our responsibility. Most accounts are processed and activated within 1-2 business days. Textbooks are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via US Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. If your account is not activated within this time, or you do not receive your textbook within 7-10 business days, please contact us.

(1) Subscribe to our products and services.
(2) Your account is created when you complete your order. You can also create your account manually.
(3) Confirm that your e-mail address is correct when you sign up. If it is not, you will not be able to reset lost passwords, receive order updates, and be notified of important updates from us.
(4) We will process your account. Contact us if you don't hear back from us within 2 business days.
(5) Textbooks are shipped within 3-5 business days. Check your order information to view your tracking number.
(6) Login to your account.
